The team behind the 2nd Open Call of dAIEDGE wishes to inform all interested parties that an updated version of the Guide for Applicants was published on the call’s website on 3 March 2025. This new version introduces key changes to the criteria and evaluation process for proposals, so we strongly recommend that all applicants carefully review the document before submitting their application.
Key changes in the proposal evaluation process:
- Number of expert evaluators: Each application will now be assessed by two independent external experts instead of three.
- Consensus review process: The consensus meeting will now involve two experts, rather than three, in making the final decisions on proposals.
- Updated evaluation criteria: The scope of proposal filtering within and outside the call has been expanded. The initial review will now consider:
- Alignment with the challenge
- European dimension of the project
- Project approach
- Technology Readiness Level (TRL)
To ensure that your proposal meets the latest criteria and has the best chance of success, we strongly encourage you to read the updated Guide for Applicants, available on the Open Call website, which can be accessed by clicking here.
It is very important that you adapt your application accordingly and verify that it complies with the revised requirements.
