On 15 July 2025, dAIEDGE will host a conference dedicated to exploring the opportunities and impact of Edge AI for the development of business projects and technological solutions.
The event, which will be held in a hybrid format (in-person and online), will take place in the Presentation Room of the R&D&I Building at the University of Salamanca, from 10:00 to 17:00.
This initiative is aimed at professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, and students interested in innovation with distributed artificial intelligence technologies.
The conference programme combines technical presentations, real-world use cases, information sessions on funding opportunities, networking spaces and a hackathon focused on the practical application of the knowledge acquired.

- In addition, there will be spaces dedicated to networking during coffee breaks (11:00 a.m. - 12:25 p.m.) and lunch (1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.), encouraging connections between attendees and the creation of new collaborations.
Hackathon: practical application of knowledge
In the afternoon, starting at 3:00 p.m., there will be a hackathon in which participants will present their ideas through an elevator pitch. The activity will consist of forming work teams and developing a solution based on Edge AI, concluding with a voting session and the presentation of official certificates of participation by the University of Salamanca.
The winning team will receive special recognition and an additional reward.
