Although autumn is well underway in Europe, at dAIEDGE we continue to maintain a fast pace. October has been a month that reflects everything we are: an active, innovative community committed to the future of Edge AI. We have completed important stages, strengthened alliances and continued to achieve milestones that reinforce our role as a driving force in the European artificial intelligence ecosystem.

One of the highlights was undoubtedly the closing of our third and final Open Calls, which exceeded all expectations. With the participation of more than 700 people from 39 countries, we broke our own records and demonstrated the growing interest in our project among researchers, start-ups and companies.

In addition, this month we participated in EEAI25, the European meeting organised in Naples dedicated to Edge AI. Over three intense days, our partners presented advances, shared experiences and showed how the technologies we develop are transforming key sectors. dAIEDGE's participation was particularly active, consolidating our position as a leader in the international conversation on decentralised artificial intelligence.

Collaboration between industry and research was also present at the Burgos Industry 4.0 Meeting, where we participated alongside our partners, the AIR Institute and Vicomtech. There, we presented one of our use cases, showing how Edge AI can improve industrial processes, make them more efficient and sustainable, and bring technology closer to the real needs of companies.
Another source of pride has been the release of the second edition of the AI NoE Newsletter, a publication that has reached more than 2,500 subscribers. Through it, we share advances, opportunities and collaborations that drive the growth of the European artificial intelligence community. This network continues to expand, bringing together researchers, institutions and companies.
