For the past three years, we have brought together researchers, innovators, SMEs and industry partners from across Europe with a shared ambition: to advance the next generation of Artificial Intelligence at the Edge.
Now, our journey is reaching its final milestone.
The dAIEDGE Innovation Days will be the closing event of the dAIEDGE Network of Excellence, bringing our community together to celebrate what we have achieved, showcase the results of three years of research and collaboration, and look towards the opportunities that lie ahead for Edge AI.
But this will be much more than a closing event.
Throughout the project, we have worked to build a strong European ecosystem around Edge AI, connecting research, technology and industry. The dAIEDGE Innovation Days will bring this work together in one place, giving participants the opportunity to discover the technologies, research results and innovations developed across dAIEDGE.
From our Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda and Virtual Lab to the solutions developed by innovative SMEs and FSTP projects, the event will showcase the breadth of work carried out within the Network. Participants will also be able to explore research results, real-world use cases and live demonstrations, offering a closer look at how Edge AI is evolving from research into practical applications.
We also want the Innovation Days to be a starting point for what comes next. Through innovation pitches, matchmaking sessions and networking opportunities, we will bring researchers, technology developers, industry representatives, investors and business innovation experts together to create new connections and explore future collaborations, partnerships and opportunities.
The dAIEDGE Innovation Days will take place on 21–22 October 2026 in Malta, with a programme combining project highlights, keynotes, research results, innovation showcases, use cases, demonstrations and discussions around the future of Edge AI.
The event will also be co-located with EEAI 2026 – European Conference on EDGE AI Technologies and Applications, creating an even broader meeting point for the European Edge AI community. By bringing both events together, we will connect the dAIEDGE ecosystem with researchers, engineers, technology developers, innovative SMEs and industry leaders working across the Edge AI landscape.
After three years of research, collaboration and innovation, we are ready to share what we have built.
But we do not want these Innovation Days to be only about looking back.
We want to use this final milestone to connect the achievements of dAIEDGE with the people, ideas and opportunities that will shape the next generation of Edge AI.
