Last week, Dr Miguel de Prado, Senior Research Engineer and Technical Programme Director at VERSES, represented dAIEDGE at the prestigious Data Science Conference (DSC) Europe in its 10th edition. This five-day event brought together over 5,000 attendees from around the globe and featured more than 400 hours of high-quality content across 100+ key topics in artificial intelligence and data science.
Dr de Prado delivered a talk titled "Intelligent Agents for Real-World Edge Applications", focusing on developing and promoting advanced, efficient AI solutions for edge applications.
During his presentation, he tackled some of the most pressing challenges faced by developers when implementing AI systems in complex edge environments. Highlights included an:
