ApplePies: Applications in Electronics Pervading Industry, Environment and Society

The ApplePies 2025 conference now has a date: it will be held on 11 and 12 September at the Politecnico di Torino in Italy. This event has become an international benchmark for those working in the development and application of advanced electronic technologies. Researchers, industry professionals and innovation leaders will come together to share advances, exchange ideas and explore new forms of collaboration between academia and the productive sector.

In this context, dAIEDGE is proud to highlight the participation of Nuria Pazos, a researcher at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland (HES-SO). Nuria is part of the ApplePies 2025 organising committee, and her role is key to shaping an edition rich in content and networking opportunities.

From her position, Nuria is leading important organisational tasks: she disseminates the Call for Papers to attract high-quality contributions, establishes contact with potential members of the Programme Committee, and participates directly in the selection process for the articles that will form part of the event.
Accepted papers will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering series, indexed by Scopus, ensuring high impact and visibility for authors.

The call for papers is now open, and we invite you to participate by submitting your proposal. If you are working on artificial intelligence at the edge, embedded systems, advanced electronic applications or emerging technologies, this is your opportunity to become part of an international community committed to innovation.
