Yesterday was a great day for all of us who are part of the dAIEDGE project! Our webinar focused on GreenBlockchain, Cybersecurity, and CollaborativeAI not only exceeded expectations, but also became a meeting space for visionaries, experts, and technology enthusiasts.
Here is a summary of the highlights and talks that made this event so enriching:
The event started with a presentation by Alain Pagani, who gave attendees an overview of dAIEDGE and our mission to drive sustainable and innovative technology solutions.
Afterwards, Yolanda Moreno took the floor to explain in detail the opportunities that will be opened this week with the dAIEDGE Open Calls. These calls will allow any researcher to present their projects to us and obtain funding for revolutionary ideas. After the presentation, Yolanda answered questions from the audience, clarifying doubts and providing more details about the requirements and processes of participation in the Open Calls.
After Yolanda Moreno, it was the turn of Miguel Gómez Rodríguez, who immersed us in the concept of Green Blockchain, highlighting how this technology can be more sustainable and energy efficient.
Next, Manuel López Pérez explored the challenges and solutions around data and infrastructure protection in an edge computing environment.
The third paper, presented by Yeray Mezquita, focused on how federated learning and edge computing can transform collaborative AI. His explanation of how these approaches enable model sharing without compromising data privacy was one of the highlights of the day.
The event closed with a panel discussion moderated by Raúl López and featuring Yeray Mezquita, Miguel Gómez Rodríguez, Raúl López, Miguel Deprado and Philippe Massonet.
We would like to thank all the speakers and attendees who made this day a space to learn, connect and explore the future of technology.
