We invite you to participate in the "4th IEEE Workshop on AI Hardware: Test, reliability and Security (AI-TREATS)", which is co-sponsored and co-organised by dAIEDGE. The workshop will take place in The Hague, Netherlands, from 23 to 24 May 2024. The aim of this workshop is to focus particularly on the following emerging issues related to AI hardware:
TESTING
Fault modelling, fault simulation, test generation, post-manufacture testing, design for testability, built-in self-test, on-line testing, fault diagnosis.
RELIABILITY
Reliability analysis, design for reliability, fault tolerance, self-repair, functional safety.
HARDWARE SECURITY AND TRUST
IP/IC hacking, Hardware Trojans, side-channel attacks, fault injection attacks.
