From 24 to 26 February 2026, dAIEDGE will participate in the fifteenth edition of Transfiere, the European Forum for Science, Technology and Innovation, a landmark event that has established itself as one of the main meeting points for the European R&D&I ecosystem, which will take place at FYCMA (Malaga Trade Fair and Congress Centre).
At this edition, dAIEDGE will be present at the Research Centre, where we will share our vision on how to strengthen European leadership in the data economy and in the development of advanced applications based on Edge AI. Our project was created with a clear objective: to enable a solid and sustainable ecosystem that allows the value of data to be exploited in a secure, efficient manner that is aligned with European principles.

During the forum, we will present our three main use cases to all interested parties, illustrating in a tangible way how Edge AI technologies can have an impact on different strategic sectors:
- Smart Warehouse: This use case addresses various operational and security challenges in logistics environments through intelligent monitoring and inspection with autonomous drones. Outside the warehouse, drones are deployed to monitor the perimeter and reinforce security, detecting incidents in real time. Inside, they are used to perform automated rack inspections and track assets and goods, improving traceability and reducing operational errors.
- Edge AI for Satellite: This use case focuses on triaging and prioritising Earth observation data obtained by satellite using Edge AI. The goal is to analyse large volumes of data directly on board or close to the source, intelligently selecting the most relevant information to send to Earth. This capability is critical in scenarios where rapid data availability is essential, such as natural disaster management (forest fires, oil spills, floods) or environmental monitoring. By reducing the volume of data transmitted and prioritising key information, the use of the downlink is optimised and the response of stakeholders is accelerated.
- Smart Cities: The objective of this use case is to provide a reliable and scalable edge and fog computing infrastructure for a generic smart city.
We look forward to seeing you at our stand!
We invite everyone attending Transfiere 2026 to visit our stand at the Research Centre to meet us in person, exchange ideas and explore possible synergies. In addition, as a token of our appreciation for your visit, we will have small gifts for everyone who comes to meet us.
